If you've changed your mind about an item, we'll gladly accept returns and exchanges on full priced, non-international orders purchased from our store within seven days of delivery. Refunds from returns are issued in the form of store credit. Returns and exchanges will only be accepted for items in their original, unworn, unwashed condition.
We will not accept any items that look used or worn - this is up to our discretion. Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. All items purchased with a discount or promotional code are final sale.
If you need to return or exchange an item, please email email@example.com and we will issue you a return form/authorization number. Packages must be postmarked within three days of receiving the return authorization number in order to qualify for return or exchange. For all returns youmustinclude the following items: original invoice/packing slip, the item(s) being returned/exchanged, return form with authorization number. Please allow up to seven days upon receipt for the return/exchange to be processed.
If you need to change or cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible. We will try our best to accommodate your request, but we are unable to change or cancel orders once they have entered the shipping process.
